These Terms govern your use of Orkify (the "Service"), operated by StoresWiki LLC, Lewes, Delaware, USA. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Orkify is a project-management and issue-tracking platform (projects, sprints, workflows, issues) with AI assistance. Features depend on your plan.
You are responsible for your registration details, credential security and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance via our payment processor. Fees are shown at checkout and subscriptions renew until cancelled.
You retain ownership of the projects, issues and content you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and display it to operate the Service.
AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate output; review it before relying on it. We do not use your private content to train public models.
No unlawful, infringing or harmful use; no attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoresWiki LLC's aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live.
