• Workspace content — projects, issues, sprints and comments you create.
• Usage & technical data — IP, device/browser, logs and cookies.

To provide and maintain the Service, run AI-assisted features you request, provide support, send transactional email, secure the platform and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, the relevant content is processed by third-party AI providers acting as our processors; we send only what is necessary and do not use your private content to train public models.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR)

As we are established in Italy, the GDPR applies. We rely on contract performance, consent where required, legitimate interests and legal obligations. The Italian Garante is our lead supervisory authority.

We use Supabase (auth/database/storage) and AI providers as processors. Payments, where applicable, are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor.

We share data only with processors under agreements or where required by law, and retain data while your account is active and as legally required.
